A: When we first started we offered assembly as an option for our customers. Many of our customers decided not to pay the $30.00 for assembly and do so themselves. In a nutshell, between the time spent on the phone and the increase in RMA parts it would have easily paid for us to just test the system in house. That is what we started doing. Our RMA's dramatically decreased and tech support time on the phone also decreased. The money we saved on these two issues has in turn paid for the extra labor to assemble all systems.

This is best explained in our policies page and please refer to it for exact details. All systems come with a one year warranty. An extended warranty of up to three years is available at an extra charge. Remember, that we don't condone over clocking and that any components purchased from us for this purpose are void from our warranties and subject to the manufacturer's warranty.
