All prices and systems on this site are subject to change without prior notice. Envision Computer Solutions is not responsible for any misprints or misunderstandings for any reason on our web-site. If you notice something to be misrepresented or misprinted please let us know via email or give us a call. We will try, to the best of our ability, to keep all information up-to-date and accurate to avoid any confusion.
All orders placed on our website will normally ship within 72 hours. Systems requiring assembly and special order items may require one or two additional days for testing purposes. However, you will be notified of approximate ship date and any expected delays when you order.
Customer may cancel order within 24 hours from the original time the order was placed for a full refund. This does not include special order items, whose details are explained later in this document. If order is cancelled after 24 hours of placement of order a 15% restocking fee will be assessed on total purchase price, less shipping charges.
All quotes, verbal or written, are valid for a period of 15 days from the original date of the quote. Customer agrees to all policies and procedures listed by placing order with Envision Computer Solutions. These policies take precedence over all previously listed policies and procedures on our website or any other documentation after April 1st, 2004.
We do not accept international orders. We will accept bids from all government and educational institutions. Please contact a member of our sales staff for a quote and details. Envision Computer Solutions will never resell any of our customer information. Envision Computer Solutions offers no form of price protection. Referral program gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. All special order items with a value over $1,000.00 shall be paid for in advance. There will be no refunds, cancellations, or returns on special order items.
Barebones systems have a standard 1 year parts and labor warranty. If an extended warranty is purchased on a barebones unit, only those parts purchased from Envision Computer Solutions are covered by the 3 year warranty.
Laptop computers are not covered by Envision Computer Solutions and are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. All claims on laptop computers shall be directed towards the manufacturer.
Monitors are covered by Envision Computer Solutions for a period of 30 days after date of purchase. After 30 days all warranty claims will be directed towards the monitor manufacturer and customer will be responsible for shipping to and from the manufacturer.
All individual components purchased from Envision Computer Solutions are covered for one year by Envision Computer Solutions. Any components with a manufacturer's warranty in excess of one year, are covered for the time specified by the manufacturer, and all claims shall be directed towards the manufacturer after the first year of use.
Envision Computer Solutions is not responsible for any damage or loss that may be caused by power surges (lightning), acts of God (i.e. fire, natural disaster, etc...), abuse or mishandling, or over clocking. If any components have failed for the above reasons then all warranties are void and Envision Computer Solutions assumes no responsibility for any damages.
Envision Computer Solutions is not responsible for data loss, on any component, for any reason.
Envision Computer Solutions is not responsible for loss of business, productivity or profit, for any reason, due to failure of any of our products.
Envision Computer Solutions offers warranty service to original purchaser only. Our warranty is non-transferable.
No returns will be accepted without a RMA number. To obtain an RMA number call 785-823-7707. You may be asked to speak with a member of our Technical Support staff before a RMA number will be issued. To avoid a restocking fee all products must be returned with original manuals, software, cables and any other accessories applicable to returned product. If product is returned incomplete or damaged a 15% restocking fee will be applied, figured on the original purchase price. RMA items MUST be received by Envision Computer Solutions within 10 days of issue of RMA number. When returning product, customer must properly package and insure package for ground shipment. If product was found to be defective, Envision Computer Solutions will refund ground shipping charges once the product is received by Envision Computer Solutions. If product is not found to be defective, Envision Computer Solutions will refund no shipping charges incurred by customer and a 15% restocking fee will apply.
Individually purchased items are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned as defective and later found to not be defective.
If you wish to have parts or systems cross-shipped, then customer will have to supply a valid credit card number. No charges will be made to card if RMA merchandise is received by Envision Computer Solutions within 10 days of RMA number issue.
We do not ship orders COD.
All orders placed, excluding systems, will be shipped within 72 hours unless the customer is notified otherwise. Barebones and complete systems may require up to an additional 48 hours for testing purposes. Also, please be aware that neither UPS or FedEx consider Saturday as a normal day in transit. No deliveries will be attempted on a Saturday by either company unless a Saturday Delivery surcharge is paid on the shipment.
